Summary: TRACER_PRT Tracer diagnostics. These routines are generic for
all tracers
TRACEA and DIAGTCA are called throughout the day
The other routines are for printing

- consrv_tr calculate total zonal tracer amount (kg)

- DIAGIJLt produces 3D lat-lon fields as maplets (6/page) or full-page
digital maps, and binary (netcdf etc) files (if qdiag=true)
- diagijt
- DIAGIJt produces lat-lon fields as maplets (6/page) or full-page
digital maps, and binary (netcdf etc) files (if qdiag=true)
- diagjlt
- DIAGJLT controls calls to the pressure/lat print routine for
tracers
- diagtca
- DIAGTCA Keeps track of the conservation properties of tracers
- diagtcb
- DIAGTCB Keeps track of the conservation properties of tracers
This routine takes an already calculated difference
- diagtcp
- DIAGCP produces tables of the conservation diagnostics
- ijt_mapk
- ijt_MAPk returns the map data and related terms for the k-th field
for tracers and tracer sources/sinks
- inc_diagtcb
- INC_DIAGTCB Keeps track of the conservation properties of tracers

- JLt_TITLEX sets up titles, etc. for composite JL output (tracers)
