- get_sza calculates the solar angle. The intention is
that this routine will only be used when the COSZ1 from the
radiation code is < 0, i.e. SZA > 90 deg.

This source is not applied directly to the tracer mass like
other 3D sources are but used for e.g. HOx, N2O5 chemistry.
