Parameterization based on Warren and Wiscombe (1980) (21 inputs) or actually on Flanner et al. fig 2 r_e=500 (14 inputs) or Warren and Wiscombe (1985) (18 input, old vs new, then I continue linearly from 19-29 off the plot)

GET_SULFATE calculates formation of sulfate from SO2 and H2O2 within or below convective or large-scale clouds. Gas condensation uses Henry's Law if not freezing.
