Parameter sets fo Ent default supported 16 plant functional types. (Early successional types do not have cover and are not tested, yet).

FARQUHARBBPSPAR
Module Ent plant functional type (PFT) parameters for Ent 16 PFTs default. for Farqhuar-von Caemmerer (1982) photosynthesis and Ball-Berry (1985) stomatal conductance.

PHOTCONDMOD
Photosynthesis and stomatal conductance at the leaf level at the physical time step. Photosynthesis from Farquhar and von Caemmerer (1982) and Stomatal conductance from Ball and Berry (1985, 1987). Cubic solution to coupled equations by I. Aleinov, this module. Main routine pscondleaf is called by the canopy biophysics module which scales up fluxes from the leaf to the canopy level. Physiological status routines, frost_hardiness and par-phenology, are necessary for seasonal variation in leaf photosynthetic capacity in biophysics-only runs, and are also used by the phenology module when prognostic phenology is run.

REPRODUCTION
Routines to calculate reproduction rates in an entcell.
RESPAUTO_PHYSIO
Routines to calculate autotrophic respiration and physiological status like water stress, and diagnostics like ci. This module is entirely physics-level and has no knowledge of ent data structures. Respiration routines include those by plant component and plant carbon pool size, and fluxes from: leaf dark respiration, photosynthetic activity growth respiration, maintenance respiration, tissue growth respiration (from phenology/growth module, distributed over the day at physical time step), and estimation of a plant's daily respiration requirement. Physiological routines include water stress routines and other miscellaneous. Called by module photcondmod, canopy biophysics, and phenology
